I'm a young trapeze artist and I've been training for eight years now...
I have real difficulty with Russian Rolls on particular trapezes
Does anyone have any tips to improve my technique so that I can perform the move on any trapeze? I don't have problems with anything else, just the one move! This understandably very frustrating.

Do you have access to video that you could upload- if so, we could offer lots of guidance to see whats happening when you do it.
